The great low carb food is boring myth.

One of the many myths surrounding a low carb lifestyle is the food is boring and vital nutrients are missing. Check out some of the recipes and food items on this blog and clearly nothing could be further from the truth. Basing your meals on the low carb food pyramid will give you everything you need to stay well fed and minimise blood sugar and insulin levels. As can be seen, some time and effort has to be applied but this real food tastes a lot better than factory made junk and unlike meds has no side effects other than weight loss/stabilisation when required.
